You seem to be set in your black and white perspective on this war—what led to it, what is going on now, and how it has to go—and you go around Medium responding to people who have a different (I dare say more nuanced and informed ) view.

It is obvious that to those who share your limited view we must put on blinders to the role of the USofA in this conflict—to pretend that the USofA is "supporting" Ukraine to help with democracy or some such imaginary goal. It reflects an ability to disregard the manipulations, invasions, regime changes, etcetera , that this country has a never ending record of.

I grew up facing the draft for the Vietnam War.

I refused and have kept a close eye on what this country is doing around the world.

I know how about the Ukrainian blood it has on it's hands as a result of this proxy war with Russia that they keep feeding, making sure peace is not achieved.

There were details of all this in my comment which you overlooked and so simply responded to.

I don't expect you to really take a deep look and perhaps change your view.

Your comments show that you want this war to go on, to risk everything, for thousands more men from both sides to die, all from your comfortable computer keyboard.

I expect more of the same in response to me, ending with a "go away".

Trust me—you will not sway me from my having a jaundiced view of the USofA—nor of my view of all wars being The War Racket (also made clear in the comment which you responded to) and that we need to end this one as soon as possible so no more people die, and no more wealthy weapons manufactureres get richer.
