The US does it better than anyone else (part of whch is applying the fear of Rissia and China as being the masters of it). Leni Riefenstahl would be proud of what has been done here regarding the proxy war with Russia. Blinken puts Cheney / Rumsfeld / Wolfowitz to shame. Watch it spin overtime with the Israel conflict.
