Lost me on that one.

(Like a number of others it seems.)

Maybe it is because I am 72 and those extra 17 years of votes for Blue have (finally!) burst that blind Vote Blue Bubble. Having worked for Bernie Sanders twice certainly led me along that path, but Joe Biden and the other representatives of that party closed the deal. Voting is a symbolic entertainment to pretend this is a democracy (not an oligarchy) and if I'm going to do it I'll go with the one whose words ring true to me.

(Defeating Trump, and especially what he stands for, will take a lot more than submitting to the fear that pushes that hyperbolic parrot phrase: "Vote Blue". When they do the minimum — stop funding Israel and Ukraine — I may consider possibly listening to them.)
