I totally agree with this. Well, I did until my new Mac mini (my iMac was ready to give up the ghost so I traded in). It has crashed every day. For months. It has been seen my Genius staff twice—who said the hardware is okay. I have been talked through tests by a bunch of Senior Advisors. Clean installs, yes. Sending specific crash reports and data captures that have been passed onto engineers. And as of today I was told that it seems to be an unidentified problem and they hope to address it soon. My last email to the current Senior Advisor today was to ask how much longer I need to do this before they replace it. We shall see. And oh yeah, otherwise it works great.
