Humans At War
Sheep and Pigs Outraged at Being Compared To Humans
I don’t much like people these days.
Well, fact is that it has been a very on-and-off relationship—pretty much since I developed the skill to think for myself.
The pandemic didn’t help.
The ignorance of individualism—or wherever you call the waves of arrogant selfishness sweeping the world during the pandemic—sure didn’t help.
And now this war. Like all wars.
The propaganda fires up and the tribes are ready for more.
Have been since one guy got a bunch of other guys to attack some other guys.
And yeah, let’s just say it: war is primarily a guy thing!
It is so disturbing to me how malleable people are—on all sides of a conflict. Every conflict.
Emotional blinders being handed out at the door of the Theater of War.
How easily digested is the comforting popcorn of tribal illusion: we are good — they are bad.
How can you not be cynical about a species so easily manipulated over and over again.
It is an absurd proposition that human beings will ever outgrow this.
